*We will replace an item if an error was made by us at no additional cost to you! This does not include lost or damaged items during shipping.
In the case we do accept a return, you must contact us within 3 days after the delivery date to initiate the return. The item must be received within 7 days after the delivery date.
Please contact us for a return: email@example.com. Please do NOT just send it back. Please pack the item carefully. Returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We cannot accept cancellations as we start processing your order as they come in.
